2018 Baker to Vegas Sponsorship Guidelines
The sponsorship request period for Baker to Vegas 2018 opens from December 1, 2017 through January 31, 2018.
All requests are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis and sponsorship is limited to the first 15 teams that meet the eligibility requirements listed below.
All requests (including eligibility requested documents/information) are to be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
, Attn: ALADS Board of Directors.
Eligibility requirements for Baker to Vegas contribution:
- The requesting team must be comprised of at least 90% Full ALADS members.
- Teams shall submit a roster with names (first and last name) and employee numbers for each team members, for 90% ALADS membership verification.
Additional information to be included with your request:
- Team Captain(s) contact information (work number, cell phone number, unit of assignment, email address)
- Team name/Unit of assignment
- Team/Unit of assignment mailing address and station fund account name -- in the event a contribution is approved, donations to teams will be made payable to a unit/station fund account. Donations cannot be payable to an individual person.
Please note that teams receiving a donation must display the ALADS logo in a visible location, on each team member's uniform (iron on patches will be provided to team captains for distribution).
Notification of sponsorship will be made once the request period closes and no later than February 9th, 2018.
